An order is considered confirmed only once payment is received in full. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Orders are shipped via our courier partners. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary by location. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

Noctis Labs products carry a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, electrical surges, or unauthorised modification.
